From Loss to Spiritual Awakening!

Losing a loved one, a job, a pet, or even other painful events in your life can have a lasting impact.  Grief over that loss or pain can keep you stuck, frozen and not able to manifest what you desire the most. But this loss, pain or doubt can also be a catalyst for your transformation.  The choice is yours.

About The Instructor

My name is Zoya Bokhoor, and I will be teaching and cheering you on during this journey. My own losses brought me to where I am now. Tools that we will learn in this program, helped me find my footing in my new world of spirituality. This is why I am so passionate about this program and committed to your growth and transformation.

Here are a list of what will be discussed in each class and how it can benefit you.

Class 1

By looking at changes that may have caused you stress or grief, we will measure the stress level that you are in at the starting point.   We will be using Stress Scale adapted from The Social Readjustment Rating Scale (SRRS), more commonly known as the Holmes and Rahe Stress Scale.

Release stress through mediation and Mindful practices + How to raise your VIBRATION (Map of Consciousness) Dr. Hawkins, Power vs. Force

Using these amazing practices you will learn how to quite the mind, get connected to your body and feel emotions that may have been trapped in different areas of the body causing emotional pain.  

Class 3

Living in the present moment - Practicing "The Power of Now" Ekhart Tolle + homework

By now you have learned, how to release stress through different healing modalities. Everything we've discussed is designed to bring you into a positive emotional space that will improve how you feel in your body. 

Class 4

Creating your Spiritual Mind Treatment. 

I have been using Spiritual Mind Treatments for my coaching clients and finding it to be soothing, healing and uplifting for myself and for them.  Having it in this class seemed to be the right fit.  You will benefit from your creation by reading it every morning or evening. 

Class 5

Guided meditation to re-connect or create a new connection with your departed loved ones, your inner Soul or anyone you choose + Journaling

Class 6

Take your power back "Letter of Apology and Appreciation"

There are times that we feel hurt by someone and instead of speaking to them about what happened we keep the feelings all bottled up inside.  Using this powerful and effective tool, you will be able to release and heal that part of you that needs to be heard, allowing for closure and healing to take place. 

Class 7

Bringing balance and flow into your life – Life/Grief Wheel

We will use Life/Grief Relief Wheel to put every area of your life in a balance.  When our lives are out of balance, flow and ease of daily living may be affected. 

Class 8

Creating a future, aligned with your Dreams!

In this final class, you will get clear on what you Core Strengths are and using them in a fun way to create your Big, Bold Goals. You will start your life’s “Mission Statement” which can be changed at any time to match your growth.  Having a mission statement keeps you in line and focused on your visions and goals for the future you are creating that is aligned with your Dreams. Just like a shining bright star.
