Feeling is Healing
In my last post, we talked about benefits of gratitude. Today, let’s look at how acknowledging your emotions and feelings can create healing at a deep level.
Just allowing them to be, just feeling them and breathing into them without taking any actions, will help them disappear. When we try to fix our emotions like something is wrong with the way we are feeling, these emotions come back stronger.
Next time you feel depressed, stressed or grieving a loss. Just allow them to surface without making war with them and watch them leave your body. It is a really interesting process.
Feeling good is important, letting go of what does not feel good is also or even more important.
